After logging in, the first thing that opens, and the first menu link, is for Banks Search. You can use this form to search 4300+ banks based on a number of criteria. The search form has three tabs, allowing you to select the following criteria:

Demographics Tab has the following criteria:
- Bank Name
- City
- State
- FDIC Cert #
- RSSD ID #
- Top Holding Company #
- Stock Symbol
- County
- MSA

The Qualify tab allows the following selections:
- Top 100 Banks
- Include Closed Banks
- Charter Type
- Charter Authority
- Trading Type
- Total Assets: min and max

The Search Range tab allows you to select up to five (5) custom data values (ubpr codes). You can specify minimum and maximum values, or that the data item be equal to, greater than, less than, or not equal to a specified value.

Click "Select" to bring up the search panel for the data item. You can search data items by name or by core. Also here, you can select the period (relative or exact), for which this data item applies.

When you click ok, close, and run the search, the results table displays all institutions matching this search.
You can save the result of this search as a list. You can also save the search query itself, as a query. See the feature Lists & Queries on more info about saving, sharing and reusing searches and queries.
